Our apartment was immaculate, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The services were excellent, offered us very good free Wi-Fi.

This hotel offered a spacious room with a great view, and the service was terrific, plus I was fortunate to enjoy free ironing.

Possibly the best and really comfortable stay for optional self-catering holidays. Well-appointed units with a patio and a fantastic view plus master bedroom, and extremely friendly staff. The pool area is lovely too. The easy check-in process too. 0.5 km away from Cairns airport.

Our apartment had a breathtaking view and was located in the heart of the city, close to the main attractions like restaurants and shopping streets. The apartment had great amenities that allowed us to have a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

While the apartment was spacious and comfortable, the property could improve the cleaning process to avoid leftover items from previous guests and pest issues. , the staff could improve their communication and customer service skills to better accommodate guests' needs, especially for late check-out and parking options.

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious and comfortable apartment for two couples. The huge TV was a bonus. Although the view was not great, the location near the marina and city center made up for it. The on-site owners were friendly and helpful, and the secure underground parking was a plus. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and convenience of a supermarket just 300M away. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Cairns.

We enjoyed the short walk to the amazing restaurants, and the beautiful views from the balcony. the friendly staff gave us helpful tips about family-friendly activities available in the area, like visiting the nearby port or taking a dip in the pool. the apartment had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was clean and spacious.
